As busy professionals we sometimes find we are not super moms and can't do it all. This is where outsourcing comes in. This can be a moderator of a group to keep things flowing, a virtual assistant who takes on everything from phone calls to invoices, and the virtual manager who works in the capacity of a manager in the office just online. I can go on and on with a list of things you can outsource. Commonly though it is the smaller of things - business materials, promotional items, press release.
