Morning Olivia!! My biggest struggle is, and continues to be, focusing so much on the success of my team and my PPD members that I neglect my own personal business. Though I am much better since implementing The Cherry System (www.thecherrysystem.com), I still get way more gratification from seeing others succeed than myself. =) I always say, if everyone TRULY put in 100% into our OWN businesses- IMAGINE where we would be!! My biggest struggle was finding my groove. It was hard getting into a routine that worked for me. I eventually had to learn that the same daily routine wasn't working. Everyday was a new routine and that allowed for more time on tasks. Before I found what worked I was working easily 16 hours a day. Needless to say I was not sleeping much when you added in the time I spent with family each day. Now that I have my weekly routine set, I don't work more than 14 hours on a long day and my average is down to 10 hours. I am still at 50-60 hours a week but that is far less than the 95-100 hours a week I was working.
